Through a warm, integrative approach, I draw upon a variety of modalities including CBT and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy within a goal-oriented framework. I aim to create an empathetic, comfortable environment for my clients to explore their challenges and experiences, increase their awareness and insight, all in an effort to promote positive and lasting change. My focus lies in helping individuals and couples work through anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, major life transitions, trauma, chronic illness, grief and loss.
I believe that getting curious about our own human experience can be incredibly transformative if we allow it. I am a New York State licensed psychotherapist practicing in Manhattan & Brooklyn. I received my Masters from New York University and am currently completing postgraduate training at the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Psychotherapy.
Whether you are new to therapy or you’re looking for an alternative perspective, I understand how daunting this process can feel. Initial phone consultations are free and a useful way to see if we might be a good fit.
