Great to meet you!

I'm passionate about helping people deal with changes in life as they navigate the path to independence, confidence, and a peaceful mind. I have worked primarily with adults and teenagers going through feelings of anxiety, panic, depression, and lasting effects of trauma. I am particularly passionate about working with people who have experienced religious trauma. I provide a nonjudgemental space for people of all identities to clarify and work towards the change they want to see in their life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have training in trauma treatment modalities including EMDR and trauma-focused cognitive therapy with adults. I practice Gottman Method therapy to help couples and individuals build communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and meaningful connections. I enjoy using DBT to help clients build skills to manage emotions and relationships.

What you can expect from our first session

I know from experience that taking the first step toward reaching out for help can be daunting. Dealing with anxiety, depression, and life stressors can be lonely but I want to provide a nonjudgemental place for you to work on your goals with support and encouragement from me along the way. I look forward to hearing from you!
