A bit about my approach to therapy

Sarah's goal, as the owner of Sapphire Journey Healthcare PLLC, is to help each patient reach their full mental health potential through collaborative care. Her practicing philosophy is to follow evidence-based practice guidelines and recommendations, while also promoting individualized care that is focused on the patient's belief & goals.
