Sarah graduated from Frontier Nursing University with a master's in nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She works primarily with women and teens. She specializes in maternal mental health and the unique challenges women face at different life stages. She has also been a nurse educator in pediatrics, obstetrics, and mental health.

Sarah's goal, as the owner of Sapphire Journey Healthcare PLLC, is to help each patient reach their full mental health potential through collaborative care. Her practicing philosophy is to follow evidence-based practice guidelines and recommendations, while also promoting individualized care that is focused on the patient's belief & goals. Her treatment includes medication management, therapy, or both; depending on the patient's needs.
