Hi. I am a female therapist with over 15 years experience in the field. I am a mom, artist, & helper. I know what it is like to find yourself in hard times & I also know what it's like to get through those times feeling stronger than you ever knew you were.
I can be a support, sounding board, and guide for my clients as we work together to discover your best path to mental health & wellbeing.

I love to use my experience, training, & creativity to find the best therapeutic path of treatment for you. I believe in the healing power of laughter and don't take myself too seriously, but I also hold our therapeutic time together sacred.
Our time together offers you the opportunity to talk with someone who isn't involved in your life in any other way. I have no agenda other than to support you &help you find the health & peace you deserve. Together we can get you to where you want to be.

We can work through past trauma, difficult current situations, anxiety, depression, or even big life changes.
Doing it alone can sometimes feel overwhelming. I am here to support you, cheer you on or even give a gentle nudge when you need it.
