Great to meet you!

Empathetic, non judgmental, down to earth. I love EMDR & care deeply for my clients healing.

My "niche" is helping women with trauma (abuse/domestic violence etc). Clients with anxiety are drawn to me due to my calm demeanor.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am EMDR trained (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), credentialed as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Co-Occurring Disorder Professional Diplomate, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Supervisor. I have led impactful and life-changing therapy sessions for healing trauma, depression, anxiety & more. If you are struggling to realize growth - or just need a little help and encouragement - you will be pleased to find that helping you is truly my passion.

What you can expect from our first session
