Great to meet you!

Do you find it difficult dealing with depression, anxiety, loneliness, etc.? If you find it difficult to experience these feelings alone, please have a chat with me.

My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself! Whether you are feeling down, anxious, unmotivated, or needing help processing events or circumstances, I'm here to listen!

Let's work together to find a solution that fits your individual needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style is interactive and sensitive to your needs. The style of therapy to expect are cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness therapy, and solution-focused therapy. We will focus on your needs and meet you where you are at in your journey through improving your mental health and life goals. Increased self-awareness and reflection can help you improve and assist you with getting where you want to be.

What you can expect from our first session

When we first meet, we will learn more about your needs and what you feel is most important to you. Learning more about what it is you want to improve is the first step to your healing journey. We will also discuss informed consent, expectations, exploring personal history, and guidelines. Looking forward to speaking with you!
