Great to meet you!

Life is a challenging journey and I love helping my clients to reach their full potential and to achieve their goals. I am a mom, and it is the BEST job in the world and yet is also the most challenging job in the world! I have experience working with clients of all ages in setting such as schools, juvenile justice, long-term care/geriatrics, etc. Fun fact- I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy!

A bit about my approach to therapy

In therapy with me, my clients are in the driver's seat and I'm along for the ride as their support, encouragement, and confidant. I love providing my clients with a safe space to be themselves and I celebrate each goal accomplished and each bit of progress made, no matter how small! I pride myself on providing engaging sessions to make sure that it’s the best experience possible!

What you can expect from our first session

Increased awareness, small attainable goals to work on, a sense of peace knowing that I’ve got their back, and skills that they can utilize to help them to manage their feelings, stress, symptoms, etc.
