Specializes in

Anxiety and Depression

Great to meet you!

I typically work with adults diagnosed with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, as well as

clients struggling with new life adjustments.

This includes clients who struggle with stress management,

depression, and coping skills and/or clients who find themselves encountering behavioral issues,

relationship issues, and self-esteem issues.

*I cannot complete paperwork for FMLA, disability, ESA, or other similar paperwork.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches. My main approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,

Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Solution Focused

Brief Therapy.

For Emdr I will need a separate consent form completed and coping skills will need to be established prior to beginning EMDR.

What you can expect from our first session

You have taken a very positive step by deciding to seek therapy. The outcome of your treatment depends largely on your willingness to engage in this process. I welcome the privilege of working with you towards your goals and processing your struggles in therapy.

Together we will focus on reflection, mindfulness, and coping skills. The goal is to develop strategies that fit your lifestyle in order to work with your transition to a better life.
