The focus of therapy will be directly guided by your needs, whether short-term or long-standing. The step towards personal growth is always a difficult one to make, but I encourage you to take this moment for yourself, it is both significant and meaningful!
Your treatment plan will be a combination of mindfulness training, cognitive behavioral exercises, art therapy and talk therapy to create personal goals, build motivation and accomplish successful follow through. I offer art making, therapeutic game-play, interventions for anxiety/stress management, family counseling and women's issues support.
Each day, we struggle to balance our roles as mother/father, friend, employee, student, female and male.
