I believe that the client – therapist relationship is the single most important factor for successful treatment. It is my goal to provide a safe space that is non-judgmental, attuned to your needs, engaging and genuinely empathetic. This allows for a trusting and collaborative partnership to explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns of interacting with others.
My background and interests include working with clients who are experiencing difficulties with patterns of attachment, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and chronic illness. Additionally, I have over a decade of experience treating clients with various addictions and substance use disorders. I see people as unique individuals, each one requiring different interventions and techniques. I am patient and sensitive to your needs and am committed to helping you along your path. My purpose in my role is to assist you in creating a new perspective and guide you through your particular challenges in order to improve your quality of life.
