I specialize in medication management for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, substance abuse, and PTSD. I believe in working with your therapist and primary care to coordinate care. I have been a behavioral health nurse for over 20 years. I am an advocate for removing the stigma of mental health.

My main focus is medication management. I help you decide if medication is the right decision after an intensive intake and discussion of risks, benefits, and side effects. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments. I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients and putting forth the effort to ensure they get the best treatment.

The first contact is a free 15-minute phone screening to ensure we are a good match. If we decide to proceed, an intake appointment will follow. Together, we decide if medication would; be a good option for you. I help parents navigate the school system to get their children's resources.
