I practice from an integrative approach using psychodynamic, humanistic/person centered, and cognitive behavioral theory and techniques. I also use interpersonal, emotion focused, and DBT techniques including mindfulness meditation in helping adolescents, adults, and families with difficulties with distress tolerance and affect regulation.
