Great to meet you!

I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. I have experience working with individuals with diverse backgrounds at various types of settings. I come with a background in sports and education and incorporate coaching and teaching with my counseling. I work with adults 18 and up who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, adjustment, and/or relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Ill help you learn how to be your best self by having you believe in your ability to take control through a mindfulness approach. I focus on helping you gain awareness and insight into your symptoms while providing coaching techniques, education, tools and skills needed to keep you performing at your best. I want you to find your balance in life. We will work together to help you learn how to separate from the thoughts and feelings that are negatively impacting you.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a safe and therapeutic environment that is built on trust and rapport. Its an environment that allows you to share your thoughts and feelings without judgement or bias. We will focus on how your thoughts, feelings/emotions, and behaviors influence how you interpret things and perceive the world. I will help you learn how to control your thoughts and feelings that will put you in a proactive approach rather than a reactive state.
