I am a middle aged, white, gay, cis-gendered man, who has been helping clients with more complicated histories live more fully now. As a therapist I have been working with young adults and men who have experienced trauma and managed with behaviors that made their lives more challenging. I went to Rutger University and have worked at Princeton House Men's Trauma program and Rutgers University Counseling Services (CAPS).

I work with clients from a compassionate, affirmative, collaborative, and wholistic perspective.

I help my clients see their painful experiences and their ways of managing their pain as strategies and that with awareness, and acknowledgment of the impacts of these choices new more helpful strategies may be chosen.
