Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in anxiety, depression, addiction, and OCD. I work with adults, children, and couples. I utilize a client-centered approach with my clients, focusing in on my clients’ strengths to help them achieve success. I like to tailor my interventions and strategies around each client’s needs. Providing therapy is not just a job for me, it is my passion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an empathetic, down to earth, humorous, compassionate, authentic, non-judgmental therapist. I offer a safe space where you can feel comfortable to make growth. I use a variety of approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, attachment, play therapy, art therapy, and solution focused therapy. Ensuring that you are able to make positive changes, learn how to cope with stressors, and experience personal growth is my priority.

What you can expect from our first session
