We are in an unprecedented season of uncertainty and isolation. Many people are feeling disconnected and overwhelmed with difficult thoughts and feelings. I aim to create a supportive connection through therapy where you can explore ways to care for yourself during this time. While trained as a generalist, my areas of professional interest include working with college students of any age, trauma, substance abuse, identity exploration, grief and loss, and social justice.
