Great to meet you!

"What if your wounds are an initiation leading you to everything you could be and more? Everything you’ve longed for and more? Pause for a few seconds. Take a deep breath. Really take it in." - Sofi Vasi

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in the treatment of adults. I am dedicated to helping you heal from trauma, reconnect with your inner energy, and live as your authentic Self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice integrates a range of therapeutic approaches, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I take a person-centered approach, empowering individuals to embrace their autonomy. I also emphasize the vital role of healthy lifestyle choices and meaningful relationships in the healing process.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to build trust and honor your individuality, ensuring that you feel heard and respected throughout your journey. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can practice seeing and hearing yourself with compassion.
