Great to meet you!

Are you experiencing difficulty with navigating life transitions such as exiting a relationship, graduating from college, or changing careers? Are you struggling to address frustrating patterns that seem to keep turning up? Do these experiences leave you feeling shame, unsure of yourself, and lost? I understand! I am prepared to support you with developing skills to manage difficult emotions, overcome obstacles, strengthen relationships, and connect to your power and potential.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and bring my own experiences into therapy. I use an integrative approach that is informed by psychodynamic therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT. That being said, I will remain flexible and collaborative so I can identify the most relevant therapeutic approaches that will meet your unique needs.

What you can expect from our first session

I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life; I am just here to support your exploration and growth. I am passionate about creating a safe environment and developing a strong therapeutic relationship to support your success, self-actualization, and vibrancy. Please reach out with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
