Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck, burnt-out, and unmotivated? You are not alone. Lots of folks are struggling out there. Men in particular. I specialize in men's issues and understand the unique challenges they face in seeking help. Don't let misconceptions about therapy keep you from finding peace. Imagine breaking free from the limitations holding you back, discovering purpose, and finding joy again. You deserve a better quality of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach. Basically, that means I pull from several complimentary theories to help clients get where they want to be. I'm particularly fond of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and 12-Step Facilitation.

What you can expect from our first session

With me, you'll get the perfect balance of support, validation, action, and accountability. Together, we'll do the heavy lifting to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals. My approach leads to more satisfying relationships, reduced anxiety and depression, increased work satisfaction, and a focus on healthy living and personal development.
