Great to meet you!

For over 15 years I have worked with teens and adults looking for help with relationships, depression, anxiety, self esteem, trauma, LGBTQ and young adults looking to strengthen their sense of self. I help people in emotional pain, difficult/confusing situations, those seeking a place to really talk, be heard & understood.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to provide compassionate, trustworthy, and nonjudgmental support, as we partner together on a journey of coping, healing, and thriving. I believe the therapist-client relationship is most important and I strive to establish an honest and warm working relationship with each client. In doing so, we can then explore your relationship patterns with self and others. That exploration leads to insights and understanding, geared toward discovering new ideas and finding solutions.
