Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

Do you feel like you traded your personal life for financial success? Have you recently experienced a bad breakup that’s left you feeling emotionally exhausted? The end of a relationship causes psychological stress and overall dissatisfaction with life. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t matter if a relationship lasted ten days or a decade, breakups are hard because it is the death of a future you imagined for yourself with your ex.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I provide a safe space to explore your pain from the breakup while developing coping strategies for the future. I bring clarity to past relationship issues and help you to find closure so that you can move on and position your heart to love again. My work is guided by the simple idea that when we connect the dots between past experiences and present pain, we can position ourselves for a powerful future.

What you can expect from our first session

Combining my knowledge of mental health, love of faith and insights into culture, I will help you heal from bad relationships and embrace self-confidence so you can create the life you want on your own terms.

The fact that you’re reading this means that you already have started the journey towards healing. If you are ready to become the best version of yourself, click the link and let’s get to work.
