As a therapist I’ve learned that the road to healing starts with acceptance. I aspire to provide a supportive connection with collaborative goals to work on resolving difficulties for a better quality of life. I have worked with diverse populations and concerns including young children and families and adults of all ages. My approach is trauma informed, psychodynamic incorporating Cognitive Behavior Therapy and mindfulness practices.
I earned my social work degree at Fordham University where I was provided with a dynamic curriculum and training. I have worked with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, grief, post traumatic stress disorder and other issues.
