Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 14 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. I strive to bear witness to your experiences, see the world through your eyes, and help you move toward being the person you want to be.

If you would like to use EAP, please let me know in advance so you can contact customer support to set up your account properly to get the EAP sessions applied.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative and flexible. While my primary orientation is humanistic which emphasizes the importance of being your true self in order to lead the most fulfilling life, I also use psychodynamic theory in treatment which we use to

resolve concerns in the present moment, while also focusing attention on their origin and how these concerns relate to early life experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

One of the goals will be to determine and articulate where in your life you are struggling--interpersonal, work, school, family, marriage--and then to develop steps to relieve distress, create better boundaries, and learn healthier alternatives to your current choices. I want clients to feel safe, and comfortable enough to share their experience in a non-judgmental space. I strive to provide a positive experience with therapy !
