Quinelle

Quinelle has over 5 years of experience assisting clients of diverse cultural, educational, professional, and religious backgrounds. She enjoys helping clients develop a healthy balance between caring for themselves, their partners, and their families. As well as creating safe spaces for clients to express personal struggles that can be incredibly difficult to share with loved ones due to concerns of being misunderstood, judged or becoming a burden.

Quinelle’s clinical expertise is helping individuals overcome depression and anxiety to live the lives they want to live. Therapy models she uses to do so are Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused and Narrative therapies. All of which she combines to teach clients practical coping skills to manage intense emotions and negative thoughts that often leave them feeling isolated and stuck.

In addition, Quinelle specializes in couples and family therapy, welcoming clients who desire to work through issues of infidelity and troublesome conflict. She is dedicated to ensuring that clients clearly identify the problem behaviors in their relationships and the behaviors necessary for change. Her work is based on patiently and unbiasedly guiding clients through the use of effective communication and problem solving skills to develop their ideal relationships.

Quinelle is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable as they begin their therapy journey. Feel free to schedule a free phone consultation to speak with her before scheduling your initial session.
