Q is committed to breaking down barriers that limit access to high-quality mental health care. She recognizes that healing is a collaborative effort that thrives on competent and non-judgmental care, firmly believing that an atmosphere of authentic compassion is the key to sustained wellness.

Over the last decade, I have learned many therapeutic and wellness techniques and will formulate a treatment plan for you. Each client is unique and I integrate my skills to best fit your needs. I use a strengths-based approach to help you uncover your inner-directed healer and strengths. We will explore past experiences, present barriers, and future plans.

I'm grounded in principles of cultural competence, social justice, and empowerment. Clients will gain an understanding of how systems have impacted their mental health. I have a conversational style, without being too familiar and aim to keep an open mind.
