Great to meet you!

Welcome. I empower individuals to build better relationships with themselves and others. Most of us have experienced trauma or have learned behaviors that no longer serve us. I teach people ways to cope that allow them to experience a greater satisfaction from their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus on building a supportive and empowering relationship in order for people to learn the skills that they need to move forward. Often times when we've experienced trauma, we lose the connection between our brain & body - many of the approaches I use will help to rebuild that connection & allow us to heal.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain insight and understanding of the behaviors & patterns that may keep them stuck. In our work together, we will build healthier coping mechanisms in order to better navigate the relationship we have with ourselves and others.
