Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck in your life and repeating the same patterns? Do you feel insecure or find yourself questioning your worth? Do you feel emotionally off balance, whether that’s anxious, lonely, angry, depressed, or a combination of these? Do you just want to get to know yourself better? You want to feel self-confident, content, and fulfilled. You want to feel better, and you want to make changes.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Making the decision to change or start something new is not easy. My goal with clients is to help them connect to their authentic self through a holistic approach and to help them live a happy and healthy life. I implement various interventions such as mindfulness techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered and more.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that examining the patterns of your life can help you understand how you have arrived in your present circumstances. Primary issues treated are substance abuse, anxiety, depression, lack of satisfaction in relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. I invite you to reach out!
