My treatment approach includes integrating insight-oriented methods, a family of origin exploration, liberation theory, psychoeducation, and cognitive processes to assist in resolving problems or alleviating distress experienced by clients.

Sex therapy is not rooted in shame-based methods or approaches or pathologizing labels. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for you and your partner (s) to discuss your concerns.
