It isn’t easy to ask for help and/or trust a stranger with intimidate details of whatever problem(s) that they are facing. There is no one approach that will be effective with everyone, as therapy is tailored to your specific need. Whether you are facing depression, anxiety, loss, or any of the many stressors that one may go through, my purpose is to walk with you in reaching your goals. Therapy can be challenging, but my goal is to work in collaboration with you utilizing solution focused approach so that your goals are met and you have the tools to continue to grow.
I have worked in a variety with a variety of clients in various settings both inpatient and out patient as well as crisis intervention. My experiences have focused on ages 12 and up, with many years working with adolescents and understand the unique challenges they face as well as others across our life span.
We are facing unique challenges that have arisen with COVID-19, in addition to the many experiences life can place in our path. The first step is reaching out, from there we can work together to address whatever you may be facing.
