Great to meet you!

I am a trauma therapist based in Tampa, FL. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming provider and follow WPath standards. Helping individuals and families identify their problems, goals, and how to improve their life is a passion of mine. I strive to provide a space that will allow you to be seen and heard in a non-judgmental atmosphere. want you to leave our time together feeling empowered, hopeful, and relaxed.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am down to earth and focus a lot of attention on building a solid relationship by getting to know you. Once I understand what your life looks like at home, family, friends, and work- I help you identify what goals you would like to achieve and come up with a plan to help you get there. I am not one to tell you what to do, but I will help you figure out possible solutions and support you in achieving your mental health goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I want you to leave our time together feeling empowered, hopeful, and relaxed. Sometimes some of the things we will talk about will be difficult and bring up a lot of emotions. That's okay! I provide a safe space to cry, curse, scream, or sit in silence if that's what you need.
