My primary goal as a therapist is to help you become the best and most whole version of yourself. I offer an integrative approach to psychotherapy that employs insight and reflection (Psychodynamic Therapy) as well as active coping skills and goal-setting (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am also trained in Integrative Harm Reduction Therapy for those struggling with addictive and compulsive behaviors. Further, I believe lifestyle interventions around nutrition, exercise, meditation, and spirituality can be valuable tools for psychological well-being and I help my clients cultivate positive habits in these areas if applicable.
Whether it's symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma or feeling generally "stuck" in your life, through a collaborative dialogue we will work together to understand how dynamics in your life may be hindering you from living in a state of flow. We will create a vision of your best life and actionable steps to help you get there.
Psychotherapy is a powerful modality to process the past and nurture the future. If you feel ready to engage in this process of self-discovery, care, and development, please be in touch
