I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NJ with over 15 years’ experience working with wonderful people from the Pacific Northwest to the East Coast. I love to partner with clients to assist with anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, grief and anything else holding you back from your best life. I provide evidenced based therapies so clients can find support, gain coping skills, develop their resilience to stress and increase the joy in life.

I see therapy as a partnership. Building trust is essential to allowing oneself to be open to the hard work of change. Each client’s experience is unique, and it is my job to find the intervention/tools that best suit the individuals needs and that will provide for the best outcomes within the therapeutic alliance. Some of the approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and psychodynamic training and skills to achieve these outcomes.

I like to start with where the client wants to start. If there is an immediate need to be addressed let’s get to it. However, if it is more long term issue then lets take time to understand how it got to where it is today. I like to get a full history and develop a treatment plan(a road map to where you want to be) within the first few sessions.
