Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Life coach, I believe focusing on one’s mental and total health are the main keys to a happy, healthy and WHOLE life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking this step! I’ve been practicing for over 9 years, but in the last four years, I have shifted my focus to helping others prevent or recover from job-related and life burnout.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You have a distinctive story and deserves a customized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly, and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, hold you accountable, and support you along the way.

New Services Offered: We are now offering Stress management, Burnout recovery groups, caregiver groups and wellness workshops

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory/expectation session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to customized your healing plan! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
