Great to meet you!

My clients often tell me that I bring a sense of calmness, guidance and consistency they have not found in other therapists. I am understanding, respectful, empowers a diverse group of clients. I am a LatinX provider and empathetic to the LatinX and BIPOC community. My clients also tell me that they feel a sense of immediate relief after just a couple of sessions and leave each session with skills they can utilize in their daily life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

When working with my clients, my role is as a listener and someone to help guide you. I do this by using person-centered, holistic, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I tailor my approach to your needs while respecting your cultural identity and lifestyle choices. I would describe my style as warm and supportive, and ready to assist you in taking on and overcome your challenges. However, I am trained as a Dialectical Behavior Therapist and EMDR-Trained and an ADHD Certified Clinical Provider.

What you can expect from our first session

When you meet with me, we will work together to develop a treatment plan, and you can expect me to provide support and help guide you throughout your journey. My role is to provide support and help guide you throughout your journey. We will work together to help you be your best version!
