If you find yourself up at night worrying about your future, regretting your past, or having trouble controlling your thoughts and emotions, I get it. It is not uncommon for individuals who are experiencing major life changes to feel uncertain about the future, or have anxiety about all of the anxiety they are experiencing, which ends up creating even more anxiety!!! Maybe you are struggling at your new job, are not a fan of "adulting," or are feeling more alone than ever. I am here to support you as you survive, and eventually learn to thrive, while living this one precious life you have to live.
I do believe in the mind/body/spirit connection, but will use more than just mindfulness and meditation to help you cope. We will explore how you came to be who you are, while incorporating tangible tools that will help you to minimize your symptoms of distress, set realistic goals, and encourage you to wholeheartedly embrace your strengths. I know how difficult it can feel to bear your heart out to another person - but I also know how transformative it can be. Stress and anxiety is a normal part of the human experience, but it doesn't have to control you, or hinder you from living a happy and fulfilling life. With some time, motivation, and patience, you can create positive change.
