Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 5 years of clinical experience in Mental Health Community settings. I’m especially trained to work with individuals experiencing turmoil in their relationships with partners, family members and others. I help individuals facing depression, anxiety and trauma that may stem also from said relationships and other adverse circumstances.

I implement evidenced based interventions such as CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Structural Family Therapy. During your initial visit with will work together to identify the main problematic and the different factors that are affecting your emotional wellbeing. We will develop a plan tailored to your individual needs and work towards reaching your goals, whether that is improving your mood, communication, boundaries, coping skills, and so forth.

One of my main goals is to create a safe and warm environment where clients can open up freely without feeling judged. My intention is to help clients to gain self-awareness and confidence to make informed choices and improving their wellbeing. The outcome I envision for my clients is that they improve their mood, quality of life and also their relationships with others.
