Great to meet you!

Hi. If you are struggling, hurting, or feel stuck, you have come to the right place. Sometimes we need to feel seen and heard and need someone to walk beside during the process. Since 2004, my specialties have included working with adolescents, teens, and adults that are experiencing depression, low motivation. Anxiety, low self-esteem, social skills, school issues, and family conflicts/discipline due to child behaviors deployment/military life for adolescents and women's sexual health issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship is crucial, creating opportunities to deepen their understanding of themselves while learning new ways to handle life's difficulties. I strive to be compassionate, non-judgmental, genuine, and down-to-earth, so individuals feel safe and comfortable sharing their deepest feelings.

What you can expect from our first session

Anxiety, depression, and conflict can make us feel stuck, but there is hope! We all have difficulties, struggles and need support at times. We will work together to create a safe & comfortable place for you or your child to explore your difficult moments in life, motivate growth, and find practical tools for change to create a new path towards success. I am here to help develop life-changing habits and skills to cope with life’s various challenges.
