Since 2004, my specialties have included working with adolescents, teens, and adults that are experiencing depression, low motivation. Anxiety, low self-esteem, social skills, school issues, and family conflicts/discipline due to child behaviors deployment/military life for adolescents and women's sexual health issues.

The therapeutic relationship is crucial, creating opportunities to deepen their understanding of themselves while learning new ways to handle life's difficulties. I strive to be compassionate, non-judgmental, genuine, and down-to-earth, so individuals feel safe and comfortable sharing their deepest feelings.
