Great to meet you!

As a therapist, my goal is to help individuals find more effective ways to make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe in a collaborative approach to identify how your thoughts and feelings are impacting your behavior, mood, self-esteem and interpersonal relationships. I strive to maintain a supportive and nonjudgemental environment as we navigate the issues that you bring to sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrative therapy approach but tend to primarily utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques and a solutions-focused approach. I specialize in working with adolescents and family systems. I also provide individual and couples counseling. Other areas of interest include: infertility, postnatal care, adjustment issues and sexually problematic behaviors.

What you can expect from our first session

While change will not necessarily occur overnight, I will commit to proving a solutions-focused treatment plan with identified action steps. I am eager to work with you and achieve long-term positive outcomes.
