I hold compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive space which will help you to express, explore, and work through deeply held feelings and gain clarity and insight into critical areas of your life. I have nearly 20 years of experience working in various healing and teaching capacities with diverse populations and I would love to serve as your guide on your path to peace and prosperity. Through my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Master's Degree in Education, I have received extensive experience working with adult individuals, children, families, and groups.

I have formal training in Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic, CBT, and Somatic approaches, as well as in Play Therapy and Sand Tray, and I incorporate mindfulness, creative visualization, and expressive arts into my therapeutic work which helps you to develop confidence, empowerment, and interpersonal growth in a non-judgmental and caring space.

Seeking therapy is a courageous and dedicated act of self-care and I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you and support you on this journey. Whether working together to practice a self-care intervention or resolving deeply-rooted familial issues, I provide intuitive, caring, and experienced guidance. There is hope for you to begin healing!
