Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I focus on reducing vulnerabilities & increasing positive outcomes to help my clients move through life's difficulties & find ways to thrive! As a Safe Space ally for culturally diverse, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, sex positive, non-monogamous, & kink allied clients, I work to provide a supportive environment for those across the spectrum & cultures. I work with adults, 18 & over, to help them thrive within their own unique strengths. **I do not work with adolescents at this time.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer DBT, REBT, CBT, Schema, Addictions & Trauma-informed skills to meet your goals and needs, with additional couples and relationship counseling training.

What you can expect from our first session

Every day I get the opportunity to help others gain skills, heal their emotions, and return to a life worth living. With a focus on helping you determine your goals, strengths, and barriers, I believe we can do the same together.
