Great to meet you!

I have over 15 years of experience doing clinical work with individuals and couples. I specialize in sex therapy with diverse people seeking to increase intimacy, improve communication surrounding sex, manage sexual dysfunction and provide discernment counseling. I offer sex positive therapy to people with various identities and orientations, who are monogamous, consensually non-monogamous, in plural relationships, engage in kinks and non traditional lifestyles.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer sex therapy and relationship therapy that provides a compassionate, culturally sensitive safe space. My approach is integrative, humanistic, relational, solution focused, utilizing CBT, psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness techniques incorporating meditation and breath work to facilitate change. Clients should expect an empathetic and direct approach utilizing client’s strengths, beliefs systems and coaching to assist with developing the areas of interest in their lives.
