I work with an emphasis on self-compassion, acceptance, values, and discovering motivations for change. My theoretical approach includes a combination of cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and positive psychology techniques. I love to collaborate with clients on developing approaches that seem to organically align with who whey are with a unique focus on what is important to them.
