In a session I model holding space, with reflective softness, silence, tenderness, and hard empathy. We are present with your range of emotions, in an open, curious, compassionate, non-dual/judgement-free frame and we aim to tap into your innate wisdom through suffering and joy. I hope that each session will be restorative for you.
I use the generalist approach, as not all moccasins fit one size. Informed CBT, DBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness Based Reduction,
Motivational Interviewing, are just some of the things I employ.
I have over 8 years of experience in working with MICA, anxiety, depression, LGBTQA clients. I also focus on intergenerational, cultural and racial trauma.
