Great to meet you!

Hello! I’ve been providing therapy since 2014. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, substance abuse, obsessive-compulsive, bipolar, and personality disorders. I can help you navigate stress, burnout, difficult relationships, feeling chronically stuck, crisis, trauma, loss, family issues, life transitions, parenting, divorce, work challenges, and chronic illness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I draw from a variety of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, EMDR, narrative, brief, solution-focused, schema, and attachment - based therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

We will process your stressors, identify your strengths, and develop a detailed plan on how to help you manage your unique challenges more effectively. If you feel pulled in all directions, unable to fit all of it in, I will be happy to help you reconnect with yourself, achieve better functioning, and create a new balance in your life. Let’s work together!
