I incorporate a variety of techniques and modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). It is my goal to help you feel greater fulfillment with your daily life and help you make the changes you want. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, completing my degree at the University of Michigan in 2014. I began my career as a social worker within the community mental health system, where I gained experienced working with adults of diverse backgrounds with a variety of mental health, chronic health and substance abuse issues. My experience has ingrained in me a deep and ongoing commitment to social justice and public service.
