I am a LCSW in NY and a wellness coach with an eclectic approach to mind-body psychotherapy and stress reduction, utilizing mindfulness techniques and biofeedback practices. I will work with you to enhance your sense of self-empowerment with a focus on re-creating mastery and restoring wellness and balance. I employ the creative arts when applicable in my practice to facilitate fuller expression and to develop and enrich personal metaphors (especially therapeutic writing and the action methods of psychodrama).
I enjoy working with couples and families and groups as well as with individuals, from the ages of teen to adult. I also provide life coaching to adults through periods of transition, be it of a personal or vocational nature or wellness coaching to enhance overall balance and well-being.
