Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Latina clinician. I am a mother of 5 and have 3 dogs. I love being in nature and fall is my favorite season. I enjoy practicing yoga because it helps me stay grounded. I have overcome many challenges and know first hand how our past can impact our lives. I can completely empathize and understand the feelings around being a parent, juggling a relationship/ career and trying to find yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am not afraid to challenge your thought process which can be scary but necessary to start healing. I will gently nudge you out of your comfort zone and towards growth; we will go at the pace you set. Some days will be difficult and I will be here to hold space for you.

What you can expect from our first session

My commitment is to assist You to reach Your highest potential by holding a nonjudgmental space where You feel Your voice matters. Clients who engage with me can expect to learn new skills to help them feel a sense of peace and happiness. After sessions you will feel supported and ready to take on life challenges from a place of love and gratitude.
