Great to meet you!

I specialize in providing assistance with stress, anxiety, trauma, relationships, or significant life changes. My ultimate aim is to not only address the immediate concerns you have but also give you insights and tools that will help you throughout your life's journey. I am committed to creating a safe and trustworthy environment where you can explore yourself with honesty and compassion. You can count on me to be there for you every step of the way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. I am also able to provide hypnotherapy when needed. I am eclectic and flexible with each client, so their needs and style are priorities in determining intervention.

What you can expect from our first session

A session with me will leave you feeling heard and understood. You will leave with awareness of patterns of being that are not working for you, as well as tools to practice between sessions. Sessions are meant to empower and shift into a better fit, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
