I believe that putting into words whatever you may be struggling with is the first step to healing. I provide a safe space for you to be seen and heard, and will help you articulate these challenges. Through the therapeutic relationship, we will develop an understanding of your symptoms and find ways to resolve them. I will help you identify underlying patterns in your life that are not working. We will explore and work through conflicts so that you may feel more connected to those around you.

I am interested in the meaning of your unique experience and believe that uncovering this meaning can be immensely gratifying. I have extensive postgraduate training in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, and am able to adapt to your needs.

I work with individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship problems and artistic issues. I have a special interest in working with new mothers.
