I am also a specialist in anxiety treatment. Many sufferers of anxiety experience physical symptoms that can be confusing and cause more worry. Anxiety can present itself as headaches, stomach aches, dizziness, light headedness, insomnia, and muscle tension. People often suffer from intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, rumination, and a racing mind. I can help you connect to the meaning in your life and teach you specific techniques to bring you closer to feeling peace and relief again. I believe in helping people feel more grounded in the present moment through mindfulness. When we are stuck in the past we often feel depressed, when we are in the future we feel anxious, the present moment offers us relief and meaning making in our life.
